To get to that HP you will have to do both. Internal...cam. Bolt ons: Heads, roller rockers, headers if your state will allow.

add true dual exhaust to Johns list. Our stock L-98 heads just arnt that great, flow wise. Intake and runner replacement wouldn't hurt either.

-Port heads, (Elliot porting, AI porting) or good flowing aftermarket
heads.
-1 3/4" headers
-True dual exhaust

Thanks James93LT1
I was thinking along the same lines.
Also does anybody how many rpms the motor can handle with all the mods listed above without replacing any of the internals?
Thanks

I would stay with stock RPM red line. 350 hp isn't that hard to reach..its the 350 tq that you really wanna get after.

These cars have 350 ft/lbs stock.... crank yes, but some headers, heads, 1.6 rr's and you're way over 350 ft/lbs to the wheels.

It would depend on your mileage/ condition, but it should spin, short burst of 6K safely. With the above combo, you should be able to get 350 to 375hp, and 350 tq to the rear wheel..... a little less for auto.

I would recommend the Mini Ram or LT1 intake for a 6 speed, and Super Ram for auto.
