It's cleaning time!
So I did my research and noticed that on my 85, I can't polish the aluminum wheels because of the dang clearcoat on them. Anyone know of a way to ATLEAST clean them to make them seem somewhat shiny? Thanks for any help again!

There are any number of wheel cleaners available at parts stores that will do a good job of cleaning the wheels. If you don't want to remove the clearcoat, use a wheel cleaner made for coated wheels.
You can remove the clearcoat. Aircraft paint stripper will work. Once the clearcoat is removed, you can polish the wheel to any level of shine that you want. Then re-coat the wheels.
Try Eastwood for some good materials.
