Your looking at over $1,000 for a new set of good tires... Go with Goodyear Eagle F1s.... Great tire.... I love them... It cost me about $1200 and dont forget probably about another $50 for mount and balance.... Good thing I just did them myself at work.... Acually there was just a write up about them on the Forum... go to the Home and its on there.... I personally wouldnt put Firestones on my car
What I meant was that I could not sell it for $51,000. I bought the car used for $30,000 and I think that I could get close to that amount for it.
I guess my first post was a bit confusing.....
OK, I'll add my 2 cents. The CE in my opinion is not a rare car, unless we are talking LT4 conv't. THe LT1 coupes are plentiful.
And Vettebabe, I see your 1 of 43, and raise you 1 of 1. ;) My red car as optioned, is the only one like it. The GS is a little more common place, maybe 1 of 75 or so.
sorry, but i have to make a point... not trying to flame anybody...
i don't think it makes any sense to say that your car is rare just because of some obscure combination of the normal options. you might have a red car with a black interior and glass roof only and spare tire delete and sport seats but no climate control... but that doesn't change the fact that it is just an 95 auto coupe.... (just fictional example). i don't think it really matters that there might have only been 4 other people who ordered this PARTICULAR combo of options...
as already stated, the desirability is the key... you probably won't ever find another person that would pay more for that 95 auto coupe just cuz it has a "rare" combo of options.
just my .02
Sonny, I agree with you 100%, but the options on mine are the key. It is loaded with pretty much everything, but the kicker is the R8C, Museum Delivery.
FWIW, the car has the LT4, dual sport power seats, F45, electronic air, and the R8C.

96LT4...if you agree with Sonny 100%, why point out anything in addition?
I do agree that Sonny's remarks are very logical.......and, in reality, the "rareness" of car is not the most important thing anyway...I have seen many a "rare" car that I would NOT want to own....... :seeya

Woah! I didn't mean to start a "rare" vs. "desireable" car debate. But I agree that most option combos won't make a car desireable to potential buyers.....unless they are elite enthusiasts and/or from this board! ;)
96LT4... the red vert is beautiful!! and has all the cool bells and whistles. i just don't know if anybody else is really gonna count museum delivery as a real option... (which is probably the option that solidifies it as 1 of 1, right?) sure, it's cool and unusual, but try getting more money for the car because of it...
Just to further make my point, too... LOL
