People who put the 11 inch rear wheels with 315 rubber, set a lot of negative camber to keep the wheels and tires withing the body.
The C4 ZR1 had a wider body to accomodate the 11 inch wide wheels and tires.
Even though you are looking at 305 35 19 tires, it will not affect the overall height and width compared to 17 inch wheels and tires.
The tire sidewall will be smaller, so you speedo will still work acurately.
