SLP cold air induction

A really lightweight car will obviously react better to it. The other thing in mind at least thinking aloud is maybe depends on what range of the powerband the new HP falls in.
Mine never felt gains that were not substantial mods. (I have mentioned cold weather with the ram air intake I had. My guess is most would say it improved power.)
In my case I blame the suspension at the time, the stock tune, and the fact that you just simply won't notice a couple hp.
Not bragging, but on our cruise there was a point I was accidentally boiling the tires trying to get across the intersection as a car was coming at me and me rolling in to it drive like normal from a stop sign. That feels a a lot different than 250hp than going to 260 and takes longer to get used to it.
I think butt dyno would need an L98 to get full exhaust or intake change to really notice anything other than the sound and placebo effect. Maybe the doohickie butt dyno jsut says "hey, I did not totally waste $300.00, because I can feel it maybe..."
In the end to me me who cares about 20hp when you only make 250? Maybe in a race at a track for brackets.
20hp matters to me now, because I am limited by my trans only being built for 750-800. If I was racing it I'd care for more, but then I'd change the trans and push the full 1200hp it's built too.

for sure, and then you get in to HP for HP your C4 will FEEL way more powerful.I know my car "feels" way scarier than a new car with the same HP. Put a racing seat in it and it will be as raw as it gets, with good suspension and stuff.
I mean a ragged out 5.0 mustang with 300hp and terrible suspension will make a guy crap his pants for sure... But a c5 Z will murder it.

Just a little time longer
