I have to install a new intake gasket and I want to either powder coat the tpi or sand blast it . Anyone have any ideas on how to make the tpi look good? Also am going to do some porting and gasket matching .I bought a bbk 52 mm throttle body for it . Thanks, Don

I have simply cleaned them up in the past and used a rattle can from Corvette Central. Looks good and relatively inexpensive.
Others will probably chime in but I have been told that using a larger throttle body is a waste of money.
Here is some interesting info on how to get more power from a TPI: http://temp.corvetteforum.net/c4/vader86/
