94 heater question

94 heater question
Hi guys,
my 94 is having a heater issue. Issue is no heat. coolant level is perfect, engine cooling working fine, no coolant leaks at all. Could this be a issue with the electronic heater controls? the A/C works great but the car does not put out heat.I enjoy driving it in the winter when roads are clear of snow and salt, but with no heat it gets really uncomfortable.
Any help would be great.
