Power Coupler
I have a '90 vette, and I'm looking for a power coupler. It's the hose that connects your air filter box to the throttle body. It's flatter than the stock hose, to increase air flow. My stock air hose is old and won't stay attached to the air box. I'm sure it's driving down the performance of my car, and I don't like the thought of unfiltered air getting into my engine. I have an order pending with Mid America for the power coupler, but they tell me the company they buy it from is lagging on their supply. Does anybody know where I can get one? I might just break down and buy a stock air hose, but I don't want to waste my money on a stock hose if there's any way I can buy the flat one.

Gotta disagree with Mr. Mojo, I put one on my 87. Real SOTP feel. Didn't dyno so can't give figures. Maybe he's correct, but sure felt good.
Got mine through Ecklers, Florida. If that doesn't work try Davies Corvette supplies in New port richey, fl or port richey, fl.
It's a relatively cheap mod.

I've had one on backorder from MAD since May. Now I'm told that it may be October before the production problems are resovlved! I'll put the money else where for now.
