Front plate "flush mount" insert?
I have seen a few C4 corvette's with the front plate mounted and some customer looking mounts around the plate to make it look at even as possible with the bumper. The goal is to eliminate the recessed look.
Anyone know who makes them or are they all custom made?

You can purchase a clear plastic insert that will fill the plate area:
