Yes I have. I pluged the two return lines and filled it with fluid and left it over night. No leaks. This only happens when the car is driven. you can leave it idling for days and it will not leak. As soon as you take off in it, it sling fluid all over the hood, the motor, the cross member, it very frustrating.

With the car running have someone turn the wheels back and forth while you check for leaks. Could be the steering rack.

guessing this is power steering fluid .........maybe a bad cap.
