1987 Wireless Remote Question
I have a '87 Convertible that had a Clifford Security System installed in it when I bought it. My remote transmitter functions but the key loop broke so I was researching information on the system. I came across information on a PKE system and of course all the VATS system and my brain went into overload. Does the '87 have the PKE system or not? If it has a factory system to lock/unlock the doors I want to remove the Clifford system. If not, I need to get that system hooked up as only the door lock portion of the system works. I guess the question is does it have a factory remote system?

Thanks, that clears up part of the issue (and the brain fog). Now to find out what system is installed and how to get it working properly. Thanks again.
