I thought it might be on the 101 or 202, but it's definitely I-10 based on the exit number. I was just there last weekend to go tubing on the Río Salado. A friend of mine lives off Ray Rd. in Gilbert.

Driving that Corvette while pulling that thing on a trailer is obviously someone starving for attention. Looks like they're getting their wish. As odd as it may be.
