Replacing Stock Seats

Hi,

I was wondering how to replace the stock seats in a 1996 CE. Since they are power seats will the bracket that comes with the new seats work with the power seat rails already in the car?

What seats are you getting? I would just fix the old ones look at my seat thread can be done fairly cheap.

Its not that the seats are trashed its that I want a new look. The new seats that I am looking at are Cipher VP-8s.
