GM never kept specific figures. There are total numbers of body styles, suspension options, paint colors, interior options, etc. but all you can really come up with is an estimate.

But, as others have said, you can only narrow it down to an estimate, by looking at yearly production numbers, color combos, interior combos, and coupe/vert etc.

I called the Corvette factory service rep. a couple years ago with that question. He was very helpful and could tell me the number of cars same color as mine and the number of coupes and conv. He didn't have a breakdown on the options, but that may be a starting point.
