Hi all,i see alot of posts about wipers staying on but nothing about not working? I have not driven my 1992 corvette in the rain for awhile and today I went to turn on the wipers and I have nothing, the washers donot work either… I checked all the fuses on the passenger side of the dash. Allare good. I un plugged the wiper motor and plugged it back in. Is there a fuseor fusible link somewhere? How do I know which wire should be hot when theswitch is on?
As information I just did head gaskets on the car and it wasat the transmission shop also.

Fuse at the right side of dash, 25AMP likely. I'd think maybe the easiest check might be with switch on HIGH, 12V at PRPLE on the motor. That should by-pass I think all of the delay etc. that's internal of the low, park and delay.
There's I believe maybe 3 connectors to the wiper motor. Is any one of them disconnected maybe?
Excellent I didnt realize there are 3 connectors i will check for all of them first then I will turn the wipers on high and check for 12v at the purple wire.
And if that doesn't fix it, it is most likely the 'cover' of the wiper motor, which has all the circuitry in it. Apparently you have to replace that piece and it's $$. I think you'll find a thread on that topic too.
