Shock codes are on the build sheet. Are you interested in a particular year and option OR just curious?
'84 codes have been discussed a few times but I don't know that other years are discussed that frequently. '84 gets more attention because there's some dates and options that are somewhat vague.
It might be easier to just mention the year and the option that you're interested in. It would take several participants with build sheets to compile a list and then unless one person actually had copies of the build sheets and knowledge of the RPO codes to compile the list I don't know how accurate you could consider it.

If you use Chrome as your web browser it can translate for you. It works. I just used it. Look to the left of the star in the upper right corner. Click on the little icon. Some pages wont have this, for example the one we are on now but the link your asking about does.
