I've owned both, Turbo and non-turbo. Neither could take a Mustang GT off the line. From 60 on up it starts to get interesting for the Turbo, its even with the Mustang and half a car behind you, forget the non turbo, he can't touch you.
Above 90 the turbo is walking away from you. At 120 the turbo has you by two cars.
I'm guessing that the reason you're asking is because you're gonna race for money. Well the answer to that is, don't race for money. People take it too seriously and you're likely to end up in a situation you'd rather not be in, whether you win or lose.
