E brake fix-it
My new-to-me 95 Coupe has been well maintained with a lot of new parts. The ebrake is inoperative even though the cables appear to be there. There is a seperate cable, underneath going to each brake and a cable between them. There doesn't seem to be anything connecting them to the handle, which pulls completely up with no resistance whatsoever. I can't find the cable that attaches from the handle to the underbody cables. The illustrations just aren't clear enough for me to see.

The routing for all years 88+ is like this. There should be enough information here to confirm the components are there. Connected and operational is of course another chore but this should answer component inventory.
