Diagnosis Help?
My Automatic Corvette has been running unusual and I wanted to know if anyone could help figure out what is wrong?
When I have it in Drive and I am sitting at a stop light with the AC or heat on, it idles oddly - it almost feels like it is jumping in and out of neutral.
When I shift it to neutral it seens to run fine or if I just don't turn on the AC or heat it runs fine.
Any Ideas at all??? :confused:

What are the RPMs on it with the AC on and off? It almost sounds like the idle isnt being raised when the AC is turned on like its supposed to.

Depending on the year and motor in your car, if it has an L98, I just had a similar issue with my 89 6 speed and it turned out to be the Idle Air control valve. Good as new after replacing it
