Just replaced my 1992 Chevy corvette tail lights with LED and blinkers don't work. I'm told I need to replace flasher relay but need to remove dash to get to relay. Can you help?
You need to remove the driver side hush panel under the steering wheel. First remove the plastic panel on the left above the hood release. There are 3 Torx screws holding it in place. Once that is removed, you can unscrew the carpeted panel, there are about 6 screws holding this in place and I always use a 7mm socket to remove these screws. Once the hush panel is down unbolt the OBD2 connector with the same 7mm socket and unclip the courtesy light. Loosen the bolts on the aluminum hush panel underneath. I believe it is a 12 or 13mm. This will let you drop the the aluminum panel just enough to see the flasher. It will be up and under on the left side, can't miss it. It's held in by a spring clip of sorts.

Thanks!! Sounds like i have to replace the Hazard relay also. Any idea where that is?
I know it's a pain but I went all back to stock, just to make sure flashers were working, once I was sure the stock system was ok, I then switched out my tail lights back to the LEDs and everything has been great.
