85 C4 Positive Battery Cable Problem
I bought an 85 Corvette without an engine. I then build one in my garage and installed it. The wiring harness has a 2 or 4 gauge power wire that goes to the starter along with a small 12 gauge that turns the starter on an off, I assume. The problem is that the positive battery cable is detached and I realize one end goes to the battery but where is the other end supposed to be attached? It isn't long enough to go to the starter so where does it attach to energize the electrical system including the starter? I appreciate any light you can shed on this issue.

You must be right. I figured out the routing and the cable now reaches the starter. I was thrown off by the facts that other wires were already attached to the starter and the positive battery cable didn't seem to reach the starter. Now that it reaches, all is good. Thanks.
