Default Installing head bolts

I have the bolts with factory sealant on them. They say no sealant or lubrication needed ? Would you guys oil or spray the bolts anyway ? Sat. Project.

Default Water pump question.

While I have the car drained of coolant. Should I check the shaft bearing seal on water pump. Could it leak coolant into engine ? Or what ?

A reminder.....always include the year of your car.

No other lubricant on the head bolts. You should chase the threads in the block to be sure they are clean.

LT car?? Should not leak coolant into the block.
