On cloud nine
After 20 years of wishing and wanting, I am finally the proud owner of a 1989 Sapphire Blue Corvette, 6sp manual. It's been 3 weeks now and I'm still on cloud nine. The neighbourhood kids think I'm the coolest Mom on the block.
I'm not sure I'll survive when I have to put the car away for the winter. Until then I'm just going to drive drive drive. I know one thing for sure, I'll be counting down the days until spring.

Congratulations and welcome to the forum, your gonna love the forum & your corvette. Maybe you don't have to "put it away" for the winter - surely there are a few dry (no snow) days in your winter - when they happen drive your brains out ....

Welcome to the forum and congrats on the car. I waited 20 + years to get my 90. After 2 1/2 years I can tell you the fun never fades I still drive around with a big grin. Enjoy, after all, it's all about the car. :seeya
