I just replaced the gears in the headlights on my 84 c4 corvette
Is there a I info on adjusting where they will stop when they open and close
Or is that something that's preset someplace
Thanks

The open and close limits are determined by the adjustable stop screws on the brackets for the headlight doors. When the doors hit these stop screws, the motors detect the increased load on the motors as they stall out. The limit switches inside the motors then open the electrical circuits for the motors, which turns off the motors.
(This is for the '84-'87 headlight operation only)
