Did you start with the basics and make sure you have power to the motor

Yes I have power to the motor. I checked all wires coming off the relay and they all work

Then your problem should be from the switch to the relay

Try swapping the relays for the left and right headlights.

Welcome to the forum and the C4 headlight blues club.

Here are some recent threads within threads related to this all too common issue with our flipping' lights.

https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...or-puzzle.html

There's more junk surrounding the left side headlamp underhood. A big fat connector had come loose near mine and was jamming it. But GM made these things way too complicated IMO. Lots of gotchas. Over sixty percent fail rate in my informal poll.

Good luck!

Check to see if the headlights getting caught on any wires, after changing the headlight gear on my corvette (left side) i installed it and heard the motor spinning, or trying to work, sure enough it was caught on a wire to where the headlight didnt have enough power to get past that, soon as i pushed the wire off the headlight fixture worked perfectly fine.

Also is the headlight motor making noise when you go to hit the switch? should be able to hear it working, or atleast I can hear mine, even over an aftermarket exhaust.

Check to make sure that it is aligned properly. When I changed my gears the light wouldn't flip. Everything looked fine but it was off just a tiny bit. I re-positioned it & it works fine.

Can you gives us a better description of what is happening?

What year? The newer ones will just be the 3 dollar pucks. Spin the **** on the motor by hand and see if it is in a bind. See if it works with the hood open something might be blocking it.

What reason did you replace those parts? Your gears & bushings might be shot and that could be the reason that it's not flipping.
