LED lights issue
Okay...HELP! Just the facts...led tail lights, electronic flasher, regular 1157 bulbs in front, all good. Install replacement led bulbs in front, turn signals work when running lights are off...do not flash when running lights on. WTH??

I just did this... due to the way the flasher is wired in the car.. I found this:
That works, it is a 2 wire flasher with a ground wire. it needs the ground wire to work completely. Mainly due tot he way LEDs are designed and how the original circuit in the car was designed. It has been a while since I installed it/ looked at it but I know that will work. all I have left to replace are the smaller bulbs in the side markers and all will be swapped to LED on the outside (except fog and headlights)

This is from when I redid my blinkers to led in my 87. So it might help.

But I didn't have the same problems your having.
The resistors I installed in that link will fix your problem though Im betting.
