Hosed!
Mine went on me today on my drive to work. I was waiting in a left turn lane and I noticed loads of steam coming from under the passenger's side of the hood.
When I stopped and opened the hood, coolant (I hope) was peeing out of a split in that hose, all over my engine - nice!
Had to walk a couple of miles to pep-boys to get a set of screwdrivers and a length of new hose so I could make an emergency repair. Looks like it's holding out so far, but I'd like to know what kind of hose I need to replace it with.
BTW: The old one said
50PSI only, do no use on pressure side direct injection applications 5/16" 1189434 M09139 Y200
But I guess that is not the correct one for the job. I replaced it with a 3/8" fuel line for now.
I guess it's a good idea to carry a small selection of hoses, just in case this happens again.

THe 3/8" runs from a T on the 3/4 to the manifold for something
The 3/4" is a pain in the hands, it runs from the heater core to 2 spots on the engine and one on the mainifold. you will need a 3/4 in, 3/4 out, 3/8 out T fitting, a short piece of 3/8" hose, a 3/4x3/4x3/4 T, and about 6' of 3/4" hose.
There are 2 connections to the block for this hose, the higher up one is hard to get too, have to remove the AC compressor to get to it. The lower connection might be reachable from below.
The 5/8 runs from the heater core to the TB, and there is a molded hose from the TB to the engine. You might as well get 2 5/8" caps and just run the hose from the heater core to the engine, bypassing the TB.
Do all of the heater hoses now anyway, when one splits the rest are ready to go.
Also, are there any hoses on the inside of the car or is the heater matrix a totally sealed unit? I don't wany 200 degree coolant splashing all over my legs if it goes.

The only T that is difficult to find is the 3/4 x 3/4 x 3/4
They don't sell the "official" hoses anymore - you wind up with a hunk of hose and the T's.
Inside the car is just the heater core, I hear thats a pain in the place the sun doesn't shine to replace
