Default Weather Striping

I just replaced the weather striping on my 1994 Corvette and now the door adjar is coming on here and there. When I slam the door it seems to go away. I know it takes a while for the new seal to break in but is there an adjustment I can do that will help also?

don't screw with the door. Just slam it a little harder for a few weeks

Ajust the door switch just gently pull the plunger out and shut the door both sides.

Apply a light coat of rubber/vinyl treatment to all the fresh door seals and their mating surfaces.
This will help the gaskets flow a bit better and help them seal better.
Also park the car in the sun for a few days to help the gaskets settle.
