Thinking about bundling these three parts together. 1. A 58mm BBK throttle body <-- Dont know why this is a link. 2. An Corvette TPI airfoil flow booster 3. An induction front power coupler... Thoughts on if I should put these on my 1994 C4 Vette?
Or are these all china crap parts that won't do anything for my car.

The Quality BBK TB & similar already have that Un-safe bolt-on. Air-foil. Built in the casting. It would not be worth spending $290 - up. You would feel a better throttle response. But to be honest really would need a tune adjustment to match the now higher air flow. Unless it was installed on your car when purchased. "free" OR you have plans for more performance part's. upgrade your exhaust.
I put an air foil on a 1989 IROC Z with the 5.7 (TPI) in it and I liked what it did. It seemed to make the car start easier, maybe smoother is the word. It also took off from a stop smoother. Did it add 25HP? I really don't think so but I liked what it did to the drive-ability of the car. When I sold the IROC I gave the air foil to my brother in law who had a C4 and he found the same results I did. It's on the list to add to the 92 I am bringing back from the dead.
Air foil adds zero HP. Not worth the money. This should have no effect on starting or leaving from a dead stop. You might have just knocked out some carbon deposit in the TB when you installed it.
Placebo effect........ Pasr Forum members have installed and dynoed with no positive or negative results other than their wallet was lighter.

Sorry. That air foil would have nothing to do with Starting! and will Not add even 5HP. many have had the nut back out! and there engine now inhaled. Ought Ohhh.

You will feel faster from the placebo effect and your wallet will be lighter. If you want to save on labor, give me the money for the parts and be happy.

Google Placebo effect. I had a friend that felt the 1000 cfm TB made his car faster. There was only one minor problem, Each run he made with it was slower than the ones with the stock TB. It did feel faster though.
I've got one of the plastic airfoils in my throttle body intake. It fits very well to the stock 48mm throttle body, and the air cleaner pipe fits snuggly right over it. Does it work?, beats me! It was on the car when I got it and it runs just fine so I left it alone.
58mm throttle body is a waste of your money unless you have a really built 383. It's just WAY too big. The LT1 won't flow very much more than the 48mm will supply any way. You might see a slight improvement with a 52mm but after that, it won't flow any more than if you just took the thing off the manifold completely. The seat of the pants thing that people feel is when the engine finally gets past the huge bog and starts pulling. By that time, the stock throttle body would have you a lot farther down the road.
