Yikes, judging by the rusty gauge screws that car rolled 101k not 1,380 miles as the orange is tenths on any car I have owned. Plus the seat cover is cracked and the shifter boot is missing which there is no reason for either of those on a 13k car.

It was common for either the speedo to break (causing the odometer to not run) or the speedo simply unplugged to keep the car as a 'low mileage' original.
The speedo broke on my Dad's 78 Pace Car and every time he fixed it the thing would last for a week and break again. He finally gave up. My brother sold it with full disclosure in about the same condition this one is in . This isn't a good deal at all, you can buy them all original in near perfect condition for under 20 grand. This one will take 50 grand to get into that condition.
