My '88 is throwing code 36...mass air burn off. My manual says this sensor is below the ecm. I have had my ecm out several times and there is no sensor anywhere near it. Car runs fine and does not throw this code all of the time. Will it cause the car to quit running at some point ? Does anyone know where else this sensor could be. I have replaced almost every sensor I know of ,including the maf in the last few years. I am stumped. Any help would be appreciated.
