89 Conv. Bose Stereo
I am new to this forum - I tried to search but I didn't find the answer. If this is a repeat then a link to previous diskussion is appreciated.
some years ago I ripped out the original stereo, got the faceplate what fits a 'regular' radio, bought the normal stereo to bose converter gizmo. And it works. But it is not pretty. I do ot want anything to do with the bose crap and I dont care about 'original'.
So - what happens if I rip out the amps and just connect the new stereo's spkr out directly to the original speakers just without converter and bose amp.
Will I be disappointed? I just seems that the speakers sound ok but the converter makes it really easy to get bad distortion.
Anybody?
Thanks
