Default Codes for 92 Vette

Hey all, sort of a silly question but my FSM doesn't get here until monday and I would like to get a jump start on the work if I can. I checked my dormant engine codes since I have a "service engine soon" that comes on intermitantly. When I pulled the codes via jumping the ODB connector I got the following.

Module 1: C 12 (which from my googling means no codes)

Module 4:
H55 which I've gotten conflicting results about whether it's running lean or that it's a fuel delivery issue. I assume they'd be the same issue now that I think about it.
H63 - O2 correct?
H64 - O2 but down stream?

Just looking for some troubleshooting advice. It's not steady so I think it's just a plug issue on the O2 sensors.

Worth noting that the EVAP Vacuum Supply hose was split right at the throttle body and I fixed that today. Haven't taken her for a spin but wasn't sure if that could be part of the contributing issue or not.

Thanks for any help!

From my 93 FSM.
DTC 55: Fuel lean monitor. Step one says if codes 44 or 64 are present, start with those first.
DTC 63: O2 sensor open circuit
DTC 64: Right o2 sensor lean.

You need a scan tool for codes 63 and 64

Perfect thanks! I wonder if 63 would case 64? I would think if the O2 is open it would run lean to prevent burning the piston rings? Not sure.

The ECM ALWAYS defaults to rich if there is a problem. Running lean can cause things to melt -- not desirable.

good advice, which my brain seemed to just ignore when originally thinking about this. It'll point the finger to exactly what's making the intermittent code too hopefully. However after doing a little more reading I think these three are pretty inter-twined
