L98 maf problems

L98 maf problems
So I ran a diagnosis on the vett. It showed MAF sensor. Replaced relays. Did a test on the wires of the MAF sensor and now I just bought a new stock MAF sensor. Started it up bogey out. Check engine lights still on. What do I do next?

Pull the battery cable to reset.

Didn't work still bogged.
But when I did start it it didn't throw a check engine light. Would get to 4k rpm and Rev its self to 7k and repeat sounded cammed. Lol

Well on the dash it says 7 but I think it goes by 100 not 1000
