Starting Problem
Hi
Had no problems for a long time,need help now.Not turning over like it should,slow once this week did not turn over at all,not even a click,
watied a good while and it started but turned slow.had the battery checked today and the guy at the auto said take it home and charge it all night and bring it back in the morning and he would check it again.Any ideas would help.

Use a volt meter. Check battery voltage. Charged should be a little over 12 volts. Check battery voltage again with engine cranking and running. Voltage shouldn`t drop out the bottom while cranking and be about 13.8 volts while running.

OP - How old is the battery? If you don't know learn how to check "date codes" or just buy
Take your battery to a local electrical shop/battery retailer and leave it with them to charge appropriately to check. You should have the charging system checked by maybe the same facility using professional equipment UNLESS you've appropriate devices and actually understand them. Judging from your post you don't.
If the charging system is deficient the "new battery" suggested by "AF2" is foolish.
