Erratic idle

my 94's engine Rpms are surging . I replaced the opt I spark and now the engine Rpms are hunting at low throttle rpm. We checked the vacuum lines and found no leaks. I also changed the IAC, alternator, battery, and water pump. Is there a reload procedure or something that I am missing.

Check the vacuum lines again and my 94 would bog and fart new front o2s never ran better. How old are yours.

Or, maybe he should try cleaning the lint trap, just run water though it and see - - - might just work . . . . .
