Default small rubber plug found???

While replacing my Opti this weekend (94) I found this small rubber plug sitting on the passenger side tire, I didn't remove it and have no idea where it came from, assume it stuck to my arm from some where that my arm was wedged into so many tight spaces, and came off when I was leaning on the tire. I did change the plugs and wires also. Any one have any idea? It's maybe 3/4" dia if it was all round.

I'd say it's likely the plug that closes the end of the weatherstrip that's on the top of the inner wheel houses. Check both ends of the weatherstrip on that side!

You are 100 % Correct, the ones on the drivers side were close to coming out also. Thank you.

After seeing this thread I had to check mine....and they're missing. Are those plugs purely cosmetic or do they serve a purpose? Doubtful that you can still get them from GM.

Cheers!
