Hey all---I am new here so please bear with me. I have a 40th Anniv. edition rag-top. Car is my pride and joy. Yesterday all was well, today, like I lost power brakes.?? Checked the fuse for the hydraulics--all is well. It's like I have manual brakes now. Any one have an idea where I might start?? Appreciate the help

Hi
Do you mean you have lost the booster assistance?
Check the booster for leaks, the plastic gets fragile in that hot engine bay. You may have a cracked booster or the diaphragm is torn.
Make sure you check the simple things first like the vacuum hose to booster, any hissing sound inside the car when applying the brakes.
You can remove the booster and leave the master cylinder connected, there is enough give in the brake lines .
