No pressure when turnning key to run check fuel pump relay. There should be a 2 sec prime where ecm turns on relay to "Prime" fuel system. Having to crank engine; oil switch will run fuel pump once oil pressure rises high enough to close it's internal switch.
Fuel pressure falling check return as suggested above, fuel pressure regulator for fuel leaking at vacuum hose. If you have 2 pinch off pliers you could block off both fuel lines at tank.If pressure holds - release return hose if fuel pressure falls regulator not holding. if pressure holds - pump would be likely failed part, it's internal check valve would be leaking. If fuel pressure still fell with both lines blocked - mostly likely an injector is leaking.
