I think I have a bad positive wire into the BCM, if you touch it or move it, blower will short and not activate. My positive also gets really warm, almost burning, is that normal? I cut off the connector with the ground and positive, but not sure if the wires are meant to come out of the plastic (which actually melted because it got so hot).
How are you supposed to repair these? Don't know what its called to buy a new one either but I could also use the 4 way connector since my wires coating is cracking on one of the neutrals... Thoughts?
I'm fairly certain I had a kink/break in my 12V 18gauge that caused excess heat and melting.
The connector you've linked to looks like none I've ever seen to the BCM (blower control module). Both the 2 pin and the 4 pin are Metri-pack 480 connectors. You are wanting Blower Control Module connectors?
A 2 pin empty shell is GM/Delphi # 12052024 and the 4 pin a 12052023 - both are easily enough found with terminals etc no problem. The pigtail? I haven't looked for a very long time.

Agreed, looked closer and it doesn't seem to be the correct connector, thanks for the correction.
