My 1984 passenger side headlight works like a champ now! Thanks to You Tube and Cliff Harris and my local Napa shop. I watched a lot of the videos on You Tube, Chris Fix, DIY Car Guy, and Wilcox. They showed me how the headlight assembly came off the car. The write up by Cliff Harris showed me how to do everything except change the small black gear. I couldn't get any answer from the forum so I went to a Napa store I was familiar with because they have a machine shop and they told me I could press the pin out that's on the shaft closest to the headlight. It was hard the punch I was using kept slipping when I put it back in so I used a ball peen hammer to set on it and hit the peen with another hammer. Special thanks to my step dad too for telling me to drill a hole in a block of wood and set one end of the pin in it while I was pounding on it. Thanks everyone!
