fuse box

Did something really stupid. Crossed the wires on the charger on my 90 Vette. Now fuse box first row has power other three rows have no power. Checked fuseable links behind battery all seem to be good power on backside. All fuse in box are good. Help!

First row is across the top, across the bottom or vertical left or .....

You mention "three" don't so I'll guess first row is vertical. Maybe name the fuses which are "powered".
