There are CF members that can provide the report. You will probably just have to wait until they see your thread.
But it should be no problem to drop by your local Chevy dealer and ask the Service Manager if you can get a report. Make sure to bring the VIN number and hint that you may be using the service department.
It can't hurt to have a reputable independent repair shop to do a UVI (Used Vehicle Inspection) on the car. For around $100 to $150, you will get a written report of the condition of the vehicle and any repair recommendations.
