I have recently purchased a 94 Corvette 6 speed with 94,pop miles. I am experiencing some vibration upon quick acceleration especially at 3000 rpm. Vibration is under seat and extends to the rear. Does not do this when gradually accelerating. Will also do this ig driving about 65 in highway and holding in the clutch. Let go of the clutch and it stops.
Maybe drive shaft U joints, or half shaft I joints?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks everyone!!!

Depending on the frequency, but it sounds to me like drive shaft vibration. Another thing to check is your tail shaft bushing; if that or the slip yoke is worn, the slip yoke can wobble in the tail shaft and cause the same vibration as a drive shaft w/bad u-joints or out of balance.
Low frequency, my 95 z28 LT1 did the same thing, never did figure it out.
Where should I start? I'm car savy so I usually do all my own work. Unless it's some I need special tools for.

Agreed. Found this nifty guide:
Noise: Steady vibration that increases with speed
Cause: Worn U-joint or out-of-balance driveshaft
Noise: Cyclic vibration that varies in intensity. Intensity increases at a specific speed range, worsens during deceleration
Cause: Pinion angle too low (not parallel with front yoke on driveshaft) http://www.onallcylinders.com/2012/0...veline-noises/
