So back in February of 2016, I bought a 1990 C4. Really want to improve the engine, either with a twin turbo system or supercharger. Just thought I'd come on here and ask for advice as to where to start.

Lets start with your wallet size. I'd get a 383 or larger that is set up in advance for supercharging then you can walk into it unless you want to do it all at once. How much money you got to spend?

Not as much as I'd like, definitely not enough to drop a new engine in it. She's got a lot of work to be done, interior, engine, body.

Then don't. Supercharging means more power. You have to dyno tune it. After which, trans and rear end could give you problems. So if you don't have a stick, you would probably have to switch to a D44.
