A Singer-esque C4 Corvette

In this thread I'd like to discuss what you think would be the ultimate C4.
Assuming an unlimited budget of course. And please, don't say oh, I'd just buy a C7 GS, because yeah, I want one too lol.
So, what's the perfect C4 look and feel like?
Oh, I have a 96 CE, and I'm kind of dreaming about a project like this.

Used to be (may still be) a co. out here that did V8 conversions to those..badazz.
Ultimate C4? somwhere between a C4 and pantera.
Some room so I actually could be comfortable in one minimal electronics, simple REAL analog dash and no smog laws.....sb2.2 and a jerico type 5 or 6 spd trans, wilwoods pretty basic stuff. Might add ac and pw thats about it. No radio no nannies period. Just lots of noise and good smells.
No fancy paint job, perhaps charcoal primer and some semi gloss black accent somewhere. overkill cooling system, huge gas tank
I would daily drive it too screw that once in a blue moon stuff.
oh and a AAA card.
