T.V. Adjustable?
Is the T.V. cable adjustable on the 93 40th vette?
Transmission shop has told me that it was totally electronic and can not be adjusted. The 1st to 2nd is to quick and that is what I wanted adjusted. :)

The 93 is adjustable. The process is in the factory service manual. It involves a in. lb. torque wrench. But be warned that the 1-2 shift seems to take place to soon on many of these cars. I assume you are referring to the part throttle shift and not the full throttle shift. Someone posted (I believe it was BBA) that you can change the 1-2 spring in the valve body to adjust the time it is shifting. If you need the process and dont have a factory manual, and you have access to a fax machine I will copy it and send it to you.
