how often do you clean your vette?
i clean mine every time i drive it. :crazy: it just isnt as fun to drive when its not detailed! :D

I wash it every 2 weeks at least. Only time i get to do it is at home when i visit for the weekend. Dont get much chance here at Clemson.

Way too much. This past weekend......
Friday night (getting ready for the show) It rained & I had Opti trouble...
Saturday night (after the new [read old] opti went in)
Sunday morning at my parents just before the show.
Touch up at the show (duh)
Sunday night after getting home in more rain.
I think the paint is getting thin :eek: :rolleyes:

I wash it every weekend whether I have driven it or not and wax it at least every 2-3 weeks and often every weekend. :blueangel:

Too much! If I leave the cover off for an extended period of time, every other day because I don't have a garage yet. I always wipe the bugs off the front after every drive to prevent pitting. Oh, and I have waxed it 3 times now and I've only owned it for 3 weeks. :crazy:

I wipe it down whenevere it dont look perfect. Since its black, thats eveytime the cover comes off and after each trip. Sick....aint it! :p:

I enjoy cleaning it almost as much as I enjoy driving it. I have worked hard to be able to own a Vette, so I like to "admire it" while I'm bonding with it. OK, I'm a fanatic. :crazy:

:cool: I too must drive a squeeky clean car, but I rotate between several cars and only have to clean mine when the wheelwells are dirty and the dust coat must be removed. I am lucky to have all my cars in a garage and out of the sun and weather. A garage should be used to house your car, not a junk collection station. :lol: :lol: Whoo Hoo!!!

I used to be soooo **** when it came to cleaning it. I still like it clean, but I am by no means a slave to this car. If I'm out and it looks cloudy or there's a threat of rain? S((( yeah I'll stay out in it. It won't melt! :jester
regarding how often I clean it? Lately it isn't much. When the paint was PERFECT....I'd say I zaino'd it a LOT....Maybe, 5 times in a week? Cleaned it after every use.

I usually wash my Vette everytime before it goes for a drive. I can only drive it on the weekends (school during the week days) so it usually gets washed Friday afternoon, Saturday morning, Sunday morning, and then once Sunday night so that dirt does not sit on the car for too long.
I usually wax it about once every 4-6 weeks (if weather permits).
