Default almost there

I am almost there , i have rebuilt the engine , and have installed it back where it belongs. I have hooked up ALL the sensors, wires, hoses, brackets, brackets to brackets, .... looks like original. Here is my question, There is a sensor mounted to a bracket that mounts to the thermistat housing. It has wires to it, two hard plastic vacuum lines that are in a rubber plug ,that go in one end. There is a port on the other end that has two 'barbs' on it. that looks to me to be the supply. where does this line come from or go to ? I cannot seem to find a line that went to this. Does it come from the body somewhere ? is it part of the charcoal canister system ? other than that i am ready, dump in fluids and fire it up. I will let you know how it sounds after over a year on blocks ! It will be good to hear from her again. Thanks for all the help

Here is a pic from my 91. It has been a few years since I owned it and my memory is not the best. Seems like the wire(s) coming from it went to the EGR valve:
