If you mean the window rattles in the door, there are little adjustable bumpers that can be adjusted, door panel comes off and it's done with a 10mm socket, two bumpers per window.
If your talking about how the window rides on the weather strip (sides), this is something I'm still trying to figure out.

mine is leaking when I wash the car and there is a air leak causing a whistle
